America is the neighborhood of the great! Liberty bent over our cradles. You beat your economic foes through "benefical training" which leads to "beneficial thinking" which produce work. Work is Victory! Unemployment is a subtle devastating poison that runs through the economic bloodstream of society. Education, training, and enterprise are the emancipators. “Beneficial” training is the antidote that destroys the germ and cures the illness of poverty. The health of the human mind is established with the collaboration of the decision makers in all branches of government and other government agencies along with business and industry. The proposing and implementing of creative solutions can be solved with the cooperation and affiliation of our new President, and representative lawmakers in order to overcome the often intimidating maze of federal policy and regulatory processes.

Staff Credentials receive formal recognition and has served in relationship/ participation to the U.S. Dept. of Labor, State Depts. of Labor, Dept. of Education, the Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship & Training, (BAT); Business, Industry, and Labor.
