between individual institutions, De Havilland’s Certified Training Division of Occupational Training and Development,
and the high educational standards of the Christian Council on Education, Inc. synchronize into a harmonious interaction through
the means of self-study, planning, evaluation, certification and accreditation. All
educational institutions both private and public may apply for James De Havilland Accreditation/Certification eligibility. Characteristics of Excellence involve self-reliance, love, friendship, intellect,
experience, character, manners, nature, behavior, and discipline just to name a few.

Havilland is a veteran of communication skills seminars for education, business, and labor. He is a former teacher, administrator
and director of the public education system. James attended Rutgers University and majored in Administration
and Supervision. Credentials are authorized and certified to administrate and supervise over 950+ educational and training
programs by Board of Examiners, Dept. of Education, and has worked in relationship/participation with U.S. Dept. of Labor,
Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship & Training, (BAT). He is a Doctor of Theological Arts & Letters and adviser to faith-based
